Funk.

I’m in a funk.  My apologies for the lack of posts…  I’d talk all about the funk, but first, I don’t write anonymously, second I would just sound like a selfish whiner, and third I don’t want to list the reasons because they would seem petty in print.  Because they probably are petty.

It doesn’t change the fact that I’m in a funk.

Maybe the sun will shine today.

Everything seems more nerve wracking in the winter doesn’t it? Sorry. Well, feel free to vent away your funk anytime! In the meantime:

One of the moms and I were talking yesterday about this awfulness, and she said she was considering going to a tanning salon just to get some light. I think I’m in complete agreement about that.

I’m sorry for your funk. It’s not petty – it’s perfectly alright to feel crappy.

Send me an email. You can get it out and I’ll have something to read. No judgement here…you know that. ;-)

If you want to try light, the wavelength of light doesn’t matter. It’s about lumens. As close to 2500 lumens as you can get. Point it at your face while you’re reading or sitting at the computer.

Some days and weeks are like that. The sun WILL return!

It’s been going around for a while. Funks suck. I have some Zoloft if you want some… ;)

I know that I commented. At least I think that I commented. I’m sure that I thought about how wonderful it is to see the sun when it’s been gone for a while. Hope it’s still sunny for you!
