Merry Christmas!!

Yes.  I know.  It’s the 29th.  Cut me some slack, it’s Christmas! :D   Brad is here, YAY!  We had a Christmas blizzard, YAY!  I love snow.  And to be a national news bilzzard is fun - Nebraska doesn’t get on national news for much other than weather and Ndamukong Suh, a terribly good football player.  Presents were awesome, YAY!  Being with family is always great, YAY!  And Jesus’ birthday is the best reason of all to celebrate, YAY!

Here’s what we’ve been up to:

Christmas with the Pester side:

The four cousins together, Tyler, Haylee, Tara and Tim.

Santa coming:

Santa did well.

Tara’s first glimpse of what Santa brought:

The bleary-eyed-bed-head Tara was very, very excited. :)

Tim unloading his stocking:

Tim got new gloves. He's wearing them right now. In bed. Since last night. Because he loves them so.

Tim trying out his new tractor from Santa:
And his new tractor is the bee's knees!

And the puzzle Brad and I completed in record time:

The messy beginning.

Maybe half way.

Done. Thanks Michelle (it was a Christmas gift to all of us)!

Merry Christmas to all from the Pesters!!

Working on that puzzle felt like an addiction. I don’t know if I should do puzzles any more. What if I got stuck? I’d stop going to work. I’d stop eating. Yikes!

Merry Christmas to all! Good thing Santa didn’t get stuck in the blizzard, right?

Yay for happy Christmas celebrations! And fun gifts!

And for being in the news! (Did you know that Seward Nebraska is in the movie ‘Yes Man’…and Omaha is in the new movie ‘Up in the Air’.
I think NE may just be the new California)

Good stuff, I like the tractor. You know what’s crazy, I had never heard of the Ndamukong Suh guy before reading your blog and then tonight, the local news sports guy starts talking about him…apparently he comes from Portland and played High School football just up the street from us, crazy.
