All my jeans line up, but, I do have a pair of Lee Rider casual pants that are slightly left of center - very annoying. It is not gushy at all - it looks positively ripped. Not being willing to show anyone my own tummy, I can tell you that I just traipsed all over this house to try on my four pair of Cruel Girl jeans. (two ancient pair in the laundry room, two new pair in reserve). Mine line up with my belly button, but the right (my right) belt loop is farther away from the button by 3/4 of an inch.
