Chevrons.

I don’t really tan.  I’m red-haired, fair skinned, have blue eyes, I burn and peel.  And then burn again.  But at the end of the summer, I sometimes notice that my feet have weathered the elements better than I expected…and even gained a tiny bit of color…

Sorry. Hope you don't hate feet. I should have warned you. But aren't mine beautiful? I love my feet.

But, it’s the end of summer…and the chevrons will fade quickly…*sigh*  I bet Brad’s don’t fade so fast…*sigh*

Congratulations on the chevrons! Next summer you should try for a really good farmer’s tan.

  2. Deanne says:

But you have such beautiful toes. Who needs chevrons when you have feeted fabulousness??

  3. Peggy says:

    Dnag it…I’m chevronless…something else to covet….sigh

But I am SO excited to see yet someone else with their little toes on sideways….I am in GREAT company! Chew on that mean old sister!!

  4. Deanne says:

    Little toes on sideways…? Huh??

  5. Peggy says:

It’s when the little toe faces more out to the side instead of straight like the other toes. In the above picture it’s more evident on the left foot. My sister always made fun of me for having little toes like this. It’s more prominent in Brad.

Who else out there has these awesome toes? We’ve discussed straight thumb vs. curved, inny vs. outy…now how about toes?

  6. Ooooh, your nails are so square and lovely

  7. Also, I have to admit when I clicked over here from my reader (which is still displaying that disturbing stuff with every post), I was hoping for something to do with Stargate SG-1, because I am THAT MUCH of a sci fi nerd.

My little toes lie down so much they’re upside down.
