I’m just now waiting for this to come out of the oven. Woo hoo! I always double the recipie. And when I’m making it for myself, I cook it in cereal bowls. And I eat two at a time.

I’m having lemon pudding for dinner! Heee!

Daniel really likes this, and it’s in my recipe book. I’ll have to look up the official name for the technique. It’s on the tip of my tongue… Although I think pudding is a perfect name for it. It’s just the cakey stuff on top that makes it a little different. Now I’m hungry!

I have tasted the pudding – made both by Beth and Brad – and it is marvelous! Cake-y on the top, lemony on the bottom.

I too have heard about this dessert for a while…must try it. It looks way different than I was imagining. I was picturing instant lemon pudding, which…eww. But obviously, if Grandma made it, it has to be good.

Mmmm….I’ve heard alot about Grandma Hummel’s lemon pudding…and now I get to try it! I love lemon desserts…I’ve recently made Lemon Blossoms…little mini cupcake type things with a lemon glaze.
