New favorite.

I have a new favorite cereal.

I have really liked granola cereals for most my life, but seems I’m sort of picky about them.  I prefer them without raisins or dates.  Not because I don’t like raisins or dates, rather becasue the raisins and dates in granola cereals are usually really tough, and tough raisins are too chewy.  I also prefer my granola with minimal cinnamon.  Again, not because I don’t like cinnamon, but rather because I like to taste the oats and brown sugar, and cinnamon over powers just about everything if there’s too much of it.

Harold’s favorite cereal is Honey Bunches of Oats (with or without Almonds/Strawberrys/Cinnamon clusters).  I eat it once in a while, but my favorite part is the bunches of oats (Tara calls them “the crunchies”), and frankly there just aren’t enough of them…but can you believe it??:

I like mine with or without a cut up banana. :)

My new favorite! (And for reference…it’s about a million times better than the Kellogg’s granola in the green box.  A million.)

Well, knock me down & call me a cab! I don’t believe it! Hooray for you Beth!

Now if we can just get Post to bring back Alphabets Bits, the original, we’ll all be happy!!

Just the crunchies?!?!? I don’t believe it! This has to be a fake picture. I like Honey Bunches of Oats also (well I like the generic of HBOO, I am to cheap to buy the real stuff), and the crunchies are the best part. I might just have to get my change jar out and get a box of these crunchies.

I know what I’m getting next time I visit the grocery store. Woo hoo!

Now if only they would make Lucky Charms with just the marshmallows…

I have to admit that I’m not drawn to granola. Maybe I’ll have to try this! If for nothing else than the variety of fonts on the box.

I just discovered this, too. Love it!
