The french fries cancel out the cheese. Just like a polio shot, you combat cholesterol with more cholesterol.

I had a Zorba's grilled cheese last night. With french fries. You don't think that was bad for my cholesterol, do you?

That piece of bread looks like a capital B! It's made for Brad! Mmm... grilled cheese...

Is it a commentary on my laziness that I order these from the grill joint across the street instead of making them myself? But there is something different about a grilled cheese cooked on the same surface as cheesesteaks and hamburgers.

Mmmm grilled cheese is good, but as good (maybe better) is grilled peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Oh.....I know of a grilled ham (or turkey) and cheese that is excellent. It includes brie and gelled cranberry juice all on rye bread. We had this for lunch at YT's firehouse. One of the firemen knew how to make it. I have made it myself a couple of times. It is awesome!!

I don't think I've ever seen such "humpy" bread. Is that how bread naturally looks in Nebraska, or were you trying to make a cute camel sandwhich for the kids?

(Your grilled cheese looks absolutely scrumptous...I'd love to bite into it, except for the cheese)

We love grilled cheese, too. But we make it in a sandwich maker. So we butter one side, put it in the sandwich maker, butter the other side, and then squash down the lid.

Oh, and then set the timer, because it's easy to forget! (unless you're really hungry!)
