I’m with Lauren. Only I don’t really say -mel. More like -mul.
Car-mul. (Actually the proper pronunciation would be an upside down e. A schwa. But I can’t make the e flip over, so I had to settle for a u.)

Excellent idea Beth! I LOVE apples… well, when accompanied with caramel that is, especially warm caramel. Sooo good …

(hey, isn’t caramel one of those words that people say all differently, like peacan–peecuhn–peekin? I think I say “care-mel”, 2 syllables, I tend to leave out the other a–or am I just saying it fast & blurring it together–I don’t know? How about you? Care-a-mel? Car-mel?)
