I have a nail dilemma. And if you know me, you know that any problem concerning my nails is a dilemma indeed.
I also have OCD. In fact, it’s bad enough that I wish it was called CDO, so its acronym would be in proper alphabetical order. But I digress.
I like to have my fingernails and toenails painted the same color. I’m almost to the point that I MUST have them painted the same color, so this is my dilemma:
I like a darker color on my toenails than I like on my fingernails. So, do I follow my OCD heart and paint them the same color, knowing that either my toenails will be too light or my fingernails will be too dark? Or, do I paint them the colors I prefer and be bothered by the fact that my toenails and fingernails are different colors? *sigh* I just don’t know…
Would you consider a jaunty pink stripe on your toes? Or perhaps polka dots? Ha! I know you’d never go for that! This is a bit of a quandry, I must say.
I am in favor of the red nails. You have awesome nails and I think you can pull off a darker color. I can’t wear any polish on my fingernails…draws attention to my bad nail-biting habit. Embrace the dark matchy-matching!
Go with the dark on both.
I vote for the darker as well. It’s a nice rich color.
I think if you stop walking around like an ape, the 2 different colors won’t bother you nearly as much.

I love pink! It and green are my favorite colors, and indeed I wear quite a lot of pink in the Spring and Summer. In the Fall and Winter, darker is probably better…but that doesn’t solve my dilemma during the Spring and Summer…and I LOVE pink!
I asked because I have a thing about pink & red. I’m not crazy about having pink polish when I’m wearing a red sweater… I wondered if you might have some of that going on. Could you find a deeper shade of pink that would work for both hands & feet? Or that would coordinate with the pink you love for your hands?
