Uncle Brad got Tara a new pool for her birthday. We have been saving it since April, so Uncle Brad could be here when Tara saw it and got to play in it for the first time. It is easily the coolest kids’ pool ever. It took for-freakin’-ever to inflate, even with an air compressor! It’s huge and awesome! Check this out!

It DID take forever to inflate. Whew! But it was worth it. Everybody loved the pool: Mommy, Uncle Brad, Tara, and even the bugs! They were jumping and crawling all over it! They didn’t much like the water though.
The back-light photo cracks me up. It’s like she has some sort of superpower like the girl in FireStarter. “Inflate my pool or something awful will happen to you…… Uncle Brad.” Awesome!

Jumping bugs? Were there grasshoppers? I hate grasshoppers … of course my uncle once gave me a container filled with grasshoppers when I was about 10. He knew I was afraid of them … we have a sick family …
