What the hail?

It was one of the fastest and craziest storms that I have seen in this area in quite some time.  All said, the storm probably lasted 12 minutes, but the largest hail was about the size of ping pong ball, and the tree litter it left behind was remarkable (lots of it on vertical surfaces, indicative of the wind)!  Check this out:

The hail collection on our front porch.

It's dark...but see the tree litter on our porch posts...and check out the side of the neighbor's house in the background!

Hey! We posted the same thing! Buy me a Coke.

I should put up the picture of our hostas. They look like somebody got them with a shotgun.

  2. Brad says:

But you didn’t tell me the most important thing… how is the Rainbow Knockout?!? And honestly, Lauren, I can’t believe how cavalier you are about the hosta damage.

    Don’t you people even CARE?

  3. Lloyd says:

I wept for the Hostas. Lauren just laughed and laughed.

  4. Beth says:

The Rainbow Knockout is just fine. Her current blossoms took a beating, but her buds are healthy and intact…she’ll be fine Brad, you can sleep tonight…
My clematis vine on the other hand…

Show us a picture of the Rainbow Trout !
