Banana Bread batter. Not necessarily lighter…just banana-y. And much easier to get out of clothing than brownie batter.

I’ve been meaning to ask if the Crisco used in Choc. Chip cookies (which I thought you were making) is regular Crisco or the butter flavor … please help. Note to Brad: a mixer is not used when making brownies … just a spoon.
I use the butter flavor. And thank you for pointing out the glaring error in Brad’s thinking. There are no beaters in Brownie making.
