Remember the bad carpet?  (If I had the time to figure out how to link here, I would, but I don’t…). The new carpet has arrived, been installed and vacuumed for the first, second and third of a nearly daily experience for the rest of my Mom’s life (mostly because it’s black…).  See:

This is starting to look like a Baltimore Ravens house. Black and purple! Maybe they could start their own Ravens Roost there!

What isn’t in the picture is the gold-ish leather sectional…which means black and gold…which my Dad would claim is in honor of the New Orleans Saints…but secretly we’re winning him over to the Steelers side. It’s just a matter of time and I’ll have those walls painted yellow with a few Terrible Towels scattered about…
