Round One.

My parents have stuff all over Seward County.  It’s been in storage in basements, garages and storage sheds…and today the process of moving them into one location began.

Three of Harold’s football players willingly gave of their time and pick-ups to help haul all the stuff from the storage shed to Mom and Dad’s house.  Two hours, four pizzas and four 2-liter bottles of pop later…

Bless those guys…

Two pick-ups... (Austin and Kyle)

 Three pick-ups...

 Four pick-ups...

Austin, Harold, Andrew and Beth's very cool shadow.

 Stuff. Lots of stuff...

  1. Brad says:

Woo hoo! There’s nothing quite like moving. Were all the trucks Chevys?

  2. Lauren says:

I second that woo-hoo! Let me know when you get to the crock. I have some gorilla glue to slather on it. (Shamed face)

  3. Brad says:

Have you actually used Gorilla Glue? I bought some, but then it had these instructions about wetting the object you’re gluing, then it said the glue foams and will swell larger than the original amount. I was afraid to use it.

  4. Beth says:

Three Chevys and one sad little Ford…that only made it one trip…sad, sad Fords…

  5. Peggy says:

Hi … I hate moving … I hate everything about it … but it is so nice, I’m sure, to be in your own place in sweet ‘ol Nebraska … well doggies!

  6. Lauren says:

I think what I have is an actual gorilla that just holds whatever’s broken together. It’s not very reliable, but certainly entertaining.
