My friends, Lloyd and Lauren, set up a website for me for Christmas (early, even, not their usual MO). I LOVE it! The two of them and Brad, my brother, have been doing their own sites for a while and I have been envious. At last, I am among the bloggers. YAY!
I won’t be doing daily stuff for a while. I’m still knee deep in a semester of part-time teaching that turned into full-time, but come Christmas (or before, if I get ambitious), I’ll be much more consistent.
Here’s a picture of me, with Harold, the best husband in the whole world, and Tara, the cutest little red-haired girl ever. The picture is almost a year old, but Harold and I haven’t changed, and Tara looks cute regardless of her age. I’m sure I’ll get more current stuff posted, when I’m posting more regularly. Until then…

I re-size my pictures with my printer software. The size I set says seven inches, but they are much smaller than that when I post them. I don’t know why they shrink so much. Maybe it’s because my pixels-per-inch is set to 72. It seems to be a good size for posting though.
